2. Booking & Payment

• Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

• Payments must be made in advance or at the time of sample collection.

• Accepted payment modes include UPI, cards, cash, and net banking.

3. Sample Collection

• Home sample collection is available across Noida & NCR.

• Customers must ensure accurate contact information and availability at the booked time.

• Any delay or cancellation should be communicated at least 2 hours prior.

4. Test Reports

• Reports are delivered digitally via email and WhatsApp, usually within the timeframe mentioned at booking.

• All reports are verified by qualified pathologists before release.

• We recommend consulting your physician for interpretation of test results.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made within a reasonable timeframe may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

• Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

• No refunds will be provided for tests already processed or completed.

6. Privacy

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. All data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

• We do not share personal or medical information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Liability

• While we strive for 100% accuracy, Unique Path Labs is not liable for delays, technical errors, or third-party service disruptions.

• We are not responsible for decisions made based solely on lab reports without proper medical consultation
